Do You Think Having A Musical Mentor Is Important???

it's an age old tradition - even Beethoven had a mentor and every great musician since has one or more in one way or another. in this day and age - with technology as it is - it's easy to get one way access to your favorite artists seeing youtube clips, following them on social networks, and being inspired by their creativity and actions. real mentorship is a two-way thing tho - it's a huge part of the tradition of passing the torch, each-one-teach-one, and the community spirit of fostering understanding and greatness from one generation to the next. the more we have that now and in the future, the better world we will be creating for the children of tomorrow. could there have been luke skywalker without yoda ? ;)
