Music making can be like catching fire flies. The moments when magic come are mysterious and sometimes elusive. What are the things that you feel keeps the Muse alive for your creativity? Evelyn

hi evelyn,
i used to really believe that creativity came when it wanted to, that i had to be in the mood and right space to create, but now i understand it as a much more infinite process. the only times i can't tap into it as readily are when i'm over-tired and/or over-hungry. every other time, it's just a matter of having faith in my ability and connection to the infinite energies where creative expression comes from. every day i live is part of that. every person in my life is part of that. every moment and interaction is part of that. all these things get tapped into everytime i sit down to play, create, produce, remix or perform. :)
